He was so patient with us as we dealt with a difficult builder and ended up re-grading our entire yard and re-seeding so our backyard wasn't a swamp. He was extremely communicative, on time, reasonable prices, and just made the situation so pleasant. I trusted him immediately after coming out to give a quote. He didn't try to rush the process and was more than happy to answer any and all questions I had, even still I text him for advice and referrals! All his workers have the same demeaner and work ethic. He even followed up after the work when the first big rain came to make sure our yard was draining properly and we were happy.
