He was so patient with us as we dealt with a difficult builder and ended up re-grading our entire yard and re-seeding so our backyard wasn't a swamp. In one day, 1 person came and dug out the pond, removed all “marsh”, filled in the hole with dirt and covered it with grass seed. It is so nice to be able to see the yard again. Price was reasonable.
